British Consulate Staff Visits New Airport Terminal in Alicante

The new airport terminal in Alicante will open at the end of March just in time for the Easter and summer holidays.  Staff from the British Consulate recently took the time to visit the new installations and was impressed by the size and design of the new terminal.  They were very pleased with all the attention that AENA has paid to the safety and security of the passengers both in the design of the new building as well as in the parking area.   This visit was in recognition of the fact that nearly 40% of all arrivals at the Alicante airport are from the United Kingdom.  The new terminal will be a great welcome to all those arriving in the Costa Blanca.
