The recently refurbished apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV.  It is on the ground floor but it looks into an interior courtyard so it's very quiet. The building is typical of the old quarters of Madrid but  because it has been completely refurbished it has a feel of antiquity and modernity at the same time.

The apartment is in a great location, less than 50 metres La Latina Metro station and a few minutes from the Tirso de Molina station. It is ideal for walking to Madrid's top sights, such as the Plaza Mayor, the Palace, the Puerta del Sol, and the Rastro flea market.

The apartment is well-communicated on public transportation. The La Latina Metro stop (Line 5) is just a few meters away, and the Tirso de Molina Metro stop (Line 1) and bus stops for many lines are just a few minutes' walk. Most major sights are within walking distance, and there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks.
